After Ordering

How Long does it take to receive my order ?
It takes 1 to 2 days to process your order and after shipping usually 1 to 3 weeks to receive your order. If is more than 3 weeks and you have not received your order please contact us at support@dexperto.com.

I have an Account at DEXPERTO.COM but i cannot see my orders
To see your orders the email registered with DEXPERTO.COM must be the same as the primary email from your Paypal account or if you have not a Paypal account the same email that you used in the Paypal payment input form,

How Come I don't see DEXPERTO.COM in my credit card statement ?
DEXPERTO.COM is part of ELITE STEP LIMITED . You will see Elite Step Ltd in your credit card stament.

I paid for a tracking number but i don't see it in "my orders" ?
We will send your tracking number with the delivery confirmation email. Once the email is sent you will be able to see the tracking number in "my orders" option.

You can have upto 30 different items in your list, you can edit your favorites list at any time,.

Can I change my email address ?
You cannot change your email, if you need to change your email we recommned you open a new account using your new email address.
